After a dynamic encounter with Jesus Ruthann founded 'ARISE! MINISTRY' to equip men and women to rise to their full-potential and purpose in the Lord, specializing in the area of Relationships.
Her ministry truly is for ‘such a time as this’. She is an Ordained ECI Minister of Elim Pentecostal and Foursquare Churches. Ruthann has preached and spoken at conferences in many countries, including the Middle East, the Far East, Europe, Africa, and the United States.
